There are many cases of young adults, and even adults (mature students) that have the privilege of university taken from them. This is almost always down to the economics of going into higher education. Yet it gets me every time I hear the bullshit that spews from the mouths of people I rub shoulders with at uni. The girl sat next to me in the library today is probably the biggest of all the twats I've come across.
I accepted months ago that I wouldn't be attending the university that I wanted to go to; my fault, I know. But even so, you'd think it was here that separated the intelligible from the plain fucking idiots. This girl sat there talking to her mate on the phone explaining that she'd been there a while and had only completed 100 words, of the assuming 1500. 100 words is nothing. She went on and on about a mental block, yet managed to say it in a really pathetic 'poor-me' sort of manor. She also kept saying that she knew the subject inside out. So what's your bloody problem; write bitch!
The next time I looked over she was surfing the Topshop website for shoes.
